I work with adults and young people who want to make a change in their lives. In a space of calm, I help them harness the feeling of being stuck and frustrated, and use that energy to get what they want and to be who they want to be.

And when you are really persistently stuck, I will help you use your senses to break the more rigid habitual patterns of thinking which are holding you back - so when you find it difficult to talk about a situation your body can make the change for you.

I have a particular interest in coaching young people (age 11-24) at school, university and beyond. Among other things I empower them to:

Addressing stress at work
My client was highly capable at his job, but had lost confidence in his abilities to the point where he no longer wanted to go to work in the mornings and was considering resigning.
Our coaching helped him challenge the stories he was telling himself and address the areas of his life that were impacting on his state, thus enabling him to be the best he could be once more, and regain his confidence.
